Today I visited Aunt Xiao's snack shop and unexpectedly learned that she is quite famous in the Zhonghe community for often sharing loving meals with everyone.

★ Dishes:
Peanut Bun (with whole peanuts) - $25

★ Thoughts:
To support Auntie’s kindness, I bought a bun. Auntie’s peanut bun has whole peanuts in it. It’s not the type of peanut filling you find in peanut mochi, nor is it made with peanut butter. The texture of the filling is quite special and worth a try. However, next time, I would like to try other flavors.

The bun’s outer skin has a different taste compared to others; it has a sticky texture and lacks chewiness. Personally, I used an air fryer to heat it, but I didn’t quite understand the texture after frying. Steaming it might be better. I look forward to everyone trying it and sharing their thoughts with me.
