A specialty shop for fresh oysters and sea urchins, also offering lobsters and various types of crabs and shellfish, has recently opened at the Turtle Hoi Fisherman's Market. The overall planning is quite nice, clean, and bright. The first floor features fresh ingredients that you can buy to take home or purchase and then have the shop prepare for you on the second floor.

It seems that the stalls may change locations, so remember the shop names. This particular shop seems quite popular, and the ingredients looked very fresh and vibrant. We ordered large oysters and sea urchins; the prices were reasonable, and they tasted sweet and delicious.

However, among the three of us, two who ate the seafood from this shop experienced vomiting and diarrhea the next day and had to go to the emergency room. We can't be sure if it was the oysters, but the friend who was fine didn't eat them but had everything else. It might be a personal tolerance issue; although it was tasty, there's now a bit of a shadow over it.
