Today I went to the vegetable egg pancake shop located next to the Zhongyuan Night Market. This egg pancake is very special! It’s really a huge portion, and you won’t feel guilty after eating a whole portion, because this egg pancake is made full of vegetables🤩It’s full of shredded cabbage and eggs, and you can choose what you want. Taste, but because there are many combinations on the menu that I want to eat, it took me a while to choose them⋯🤣

Today I chose the tuna cheese-flavored vegetable omelet. When it arrived, it was three large omelettes. There was a sauce area next to it where you could add your own sauce. I later added garlic soy sauce paste and it tasted perfect! The vegetable omelet with tuna cheese has a super crispy crust! But the vegetables inside are soft and layered, and the aroma of the tuna and cheese inside is even better. It’s quite healthy and filling, very delicious and very special!

I’ve also eaten vegetable omelet with bonito fish before. It felt like eating okonomiyaki🤣, and it was delicious too😋! I will come back later to try other items! 🤩
