The store is neat and clean, and the food is served very quickly even if there are a lot of people. The signature dry noodles are a bit like spaghetti, but they stick together easily. It’s best to stir them up as soon as they’re served. I don’t like bean sprouts to spoil the taste, so I always ask them not to add bean sprouts because the sauce is salty. It's salty and sweet, with a bit of sand tea flavor. If you feel it's not enough, you can add more at the front. There are chili peppers, vinegar, salt water and pepper in the condiment section. It's delicious with a little chili. Another signature dish is wontons. You can often see aunties making wontons freshly. The wontons have the flavor of dried shrimps. You can choose between dry wonton noodles or wonton soup, but I prefer their tribute balls.
