The items sold are simple: Bak Kut Teh, Hokkien Mee, Char Kway Teow
The kway teow only has a small pot and is slowly fried one by one.
Even on weekdays, I have to wait for more than half an hour if I want to eat a serving of rice noodles.
But if you just order Bak Kut Teh or Hokkien Mee, you basically don’t have to wait.
If you really want to eat, you can draw a number plate when you arrive at Zhongli Night Market and then stroll around slowly.

Char Kway Teow NT$80 per serving
The most common thing people say about this restaurant is that it’s full of wok flavor.
The sauce adheres tightly to the rice noodles, and is salty and delicious.
When I was eating, I kept biting into something crunchy and I didn’t know what it was.
After tasting it carefully, I discovered that it was actually lard foam!
It has an extra layer of texture and aroma, I really like it.

This restaurant has really become more and more popular recently
A while ago, I heard from a friend that I needed to distribute goods.
You must eat the rice noodles with soup, otherwise the boss lady will say they are sold out.
We didn’t meet each other this time, but we still offered Pengpeng’s dining experience~

Summarize:
I quite like the taste, and the craftsmanship in frying each portion is admirable.
I can accept waiting half an hour to go shopping and eat something else.
But if it takes more than half an hour, there are actually many things to eat at Zhongli Night Market.

A portion of kueh teow costs NT$80, which is not particularly big.
The shells of the shrimps are peeled off, thank you
