Pork cut noodles is an old shop next to Dahan Bridge in Xinzhuang.
It has a history of more than 80 years, and of course it has been handed over to the second and third generations.
Today I enjoyed soup cut noodles, braised pork, and blanched vegetables, totaling 160 yuan.
The store offers three types of chili peppers, each with its own characteristics, which is perfect for those who love spicy food.
Cut noodles:
The big bowl is obviously two spherical noodles, with soup noodles and dry noodles to choose from.
I'm used to eating noodle soup, and seeing two balls of cut noodles floating in the soup is actually kind of healing.
The noodles are quite thick, but the texture is very good. The chewy texture of the cooked noodles in your mouth is fascinating.
Side dishes such as fried onions and bean sprouts also go well with the cut noodles.
Braised Pork:
Crispy skin and thick meat, served with a special dipping sauce.
Then take some green onion and ginger and eat it together. It tastes very harmonious.
Don’t forget to add chili!
Blanched vegetables:
Today it’s a mainland girl and an A dish.
The official name of dish A is Honshima lettuce, which is exactly opposite to Fukuyama lettuce, which is commonly known as mainland girl.
Vegetable A has a unique bitter taste, which you will like very much if you get used to it, just like bitter melon.
The sweetness and slightly bitter taste of dish A really goes well with the crispy fried onions.
Dip some chili into it and enjoy the subtle changes between the braised pork and dish A, or mix the chili into the noodles. It's really enjoyable.
Overall, the 80-year heritage of delicious food is no joke. If it weren't for the inconvenience that the store is only open until 1 p.m., the rest of the reviews would be perfect.
Highly recommended to everyone!
