Every time I feel unwell and want to drink hot soup, I think of Shuangyue!

"Shuangyue Food Company Jinan Branch" is located near Shandao Temple Station, about a 6-minute walk from Exit 4. There used to be a Qingdao branch in the area, but it has already suspended operations.

Clam Stewed Chicken Leg Soup
This is the soup I always order. The broth is incredibly delicious! Because it includes clams, there's a strong taste of the sea and a natural saltiness. Highly recommended! In addition to the three large pieces of chicken leg meat, there’s also plenty of cabbage and clams. The whole bowl is packed with ingredients, so if you’re a girl with a smaller appetite, this bowl would probably fill you up.

Love and Hate Spicy Sesame Noodles
This is a mix of sesame sauce and spicy pepper sauce, and the ratio is just perfect. The flavors complement each other well. I personally love the spicy flavor, and the noodles are wonderfully chewy. Definitely worth trying!

Black Truffle Noodles
The truffle flavor is quite prominent, and it comes with crispy garlic to add depth. It’s tasty, but I still think the signature Love and Hate Spicy Sesame Noodles are more enjoyable.

Wind-blown Braised Dishes
Today I ordered tofu and sliced tofu skins. If you don’t like ginger, remember to mention it beforehand. I’ve always found Shuangyue’s braised dishes to be fairly average, and today I still think they’re just okay.

Blanched Cabbage
It has fried shallots on top, which I like, but towards the end, I found it a bit oily.

Clam and chicken leg soup
The chicken thighs are quite big pieces.
The translation of "愛恨椒芝麵" to English is "Love and Hate Pepper Cheese Noodles."
Black Truffle Noodles
The translated text is "Wind-blown braised dishes."

113/2/5(一)中午用餐我們大約11:45左右到的,等15分鐘就有座位 店內還採用防疫隔板,所以可能會與別人併桌 非常推店內的烏美汁$50 你沒看錯 就叫烏美汁 酸爽好喝(但真的很常賣光😭) ⚠️大致需注意⚠️: 1. 午晚餐尖峰時刻(12:00、18:00)大概都會等半小時以上 本人午餐用完後出來是滿滿的人潮(約12:40) 2.到了一定要先抽號碼牌,不要傻傻等服務人員來問 3.全場採用QR Code掃描點餐(或是結帳機按也可),一律在門口右手邊自助結帳機結帳 👌🏻大致體驗👌🏻: 1.在外等候期間人員會先引導你掃QR Code線上點餐(降低等候的無聊時間) 2.等候期間人員也會裝牛蒡茶先給我們飲用(冰🧊) 3.店內自助區提供的是盛餘盤,不是分食碗,拜託宣導一下要分食的話跟服務人員拿碗🙏 4.有時候會遇到店員拿QR Code請你掃,填寫Google評論就會送麵線一包(大約一人份) (這就是為什麼google評分與評論特高特多的原因⋯) 🍴用餐體驗🍴: 1.滷肉飯$40 第一次吃到膠質多、飯粒粒分明的滷肉飯 滷肉的部分是切成長條的肥肉 但是非!常!軟!嫩!是不會讓人覺得噁心的肥肉 整體不會太油,而且非常順口 吃滷肉飯的同時可以配上湯裡的高麗菜一起享用 不僅可以解膩也可以增添不一樣的味道 結論:🌟5/5,膠質多、飯分明、份量足夠,不喜歡肥肉請繞道 2.高山高麗菜$40 非常脆,也不會炒的太油 以40塊的份量來說我認為非常足夠 不吃油蔥、蔥、薑絲的可以另外備註📝 結論:🌟3/5,非常脆的高麗菜 ❗️如果已經有點湯的話不用再特意點菜喔(會太多)❗️ 3.干貝燉雞腿湯$230 店內招牌之一 干貝、高麗菜的數量非常多 湯頭非常清甜(真的有那種最真實的甜味😋) 雞腿是一整隻雞腿 圈圈肉的部分皮很軟嫩 膠質很多 肉的味道不會因為煮到湯裡就沒味道 如果覺得太單調的話還可以配上店裡的辣醬油 基本上一碗湯喝完就可以非常飽 結論:🌟5/5,鮮甜可口的湯,店內招牌 4.元氣阿甘剝皮瘦肉湯$110 身為一個挑食又愛吃辣的少女(不吃雞肉) 第一次嘗試剝皮辣椒瘦肉湯一喝就愛上 湯一樣保有高麗菜與剝皮辣椒的鮮甜 微辣的口感 怕辣的不至於到喝不下口 剝皮辣椒不會煮到爛、扁掉,是吃下去還吃得到辣椒絲的感覺 豬肉片湯剛上的話就要趕快吃,不然會泡到很老🤣 份量雖然比一般圓盅的湯碗還要少 但是女生一碗也是非常足夠的! 結論:🌟5/5,喜歡喝剝皮辣椒湯但不想吃雞腿肉一定要點❤️ 5.吹風滷味-海帶絲$30、甜不辣$30 之前來用餐的時候都是海帶片(切片狀的) 第一次吃到這種海帶絲⋯非常失望 滷汁沒有辦法入味 海帶絲跟滷汁完全就是兩個個體 如果菜單有換回海帶片的話那一定必點! 相反的甜不辣表現非常好 一如既往的Q度滿分 滷汁與甜不辣之間有一個剛好的白 不會吃起來很死鹹 配滷肉飯吃真的剛剛好🎉 結論:海帶絲🌟1/5,沒味道,改回海帶片再點就好 甜不辣🌟5/5,必點,滷的恰到好處又軟Q
