名古屋名物 矢場味噌豬排（清水服務區）

This is a famous chain store in Nagoya, Japan. There is also a store at Chubu Centrair Airport. Now it has opened a pop-up store in the Shimizu service area because I thought it would disappear after a while when the contract came or the theme was changed. I've eaten here two or three times and the reason why I'm a repeat customer is because I miss the taste of red miso pork chops. This restaurant uses whole tenderloin pork chops, so you can bite into the ribs, and sometimes you get fatter ones. It has a bit of fishy smell of pork, but overall it's quite satisfactory. It would be better to eat it in Japan. In addition to the main meal, the set meal comes with miso soup and drinks. The lettuce in the side dishes needs to be mixed with sesame sauce. You can pick it up at the counter, otherwise the lettuce will taste a little raw. The rice is delicious and can be refilled, and the soup is also quite delicious, with a salty and burnt taste that I can accept. The skin of the pork chop is fried to a crispy texture, and the red miso is salty and savory. It is very satisfying when paired with white rice.
