Hamadaya branch located in AMU Plaza connected to Hakata Station
Compared to other famous water pot restaurants, this one seems to be less famous.
However, you still have to wait for about an hour if you come on Monday night.
There are many famous shops lined up on the same floor. If you are interested, you can visit this floor of AMU Plaza.
The seat by the window has a pretty good view of the entire Hakata Station.
This time I ordered a set meal for two people.
Very informative, basically just eating chicken all the time
Contains boiled chicken leg breast, chicken meatballs, Tangyang chicken, and chicken liver⋯
The butcher will be responsible for cooking every dish that comes, so just eat it.
In the end, like many hot pot restaurants, the rice is thrown into the remaining soup to cook porridge.
Overall, everything was very delicious, except for the chicken liver which was a bit off.
It is highly recommended to come here to eat Hakata's famous hotpot, especially since it is probably the most convenient among all famous hotpot restaurants.
