The stall is small,
right at the edge of the lottery shop's arcade.
Even having a meal is at the tables in front of the lottery shop; it's quite interesting. 🤣

I ordered the beef tripe noodles,
and I think there are quite a lot of ingredients!
Although the broth is braised, it's very clear,
with a hint of cumin flavor.

The noodles are thin,
and although I usually prefer thick noodles,
these thin noodles are quite good,
with a ramen-like texture that is pretty chewy.

Aside from sweating when eating noodles outdoors in the summer,
overall, it’s not bad!
