This time, I visited the udon shop 'Okadaya', located just a 3-minute walk from Naiku-mae Station! Facing Oharaimachi, you can fully enjoy Ise's representative regional dish, Ise Udon! The current owner is the second generation, and they preserve the traditional flavors that have been passed down through generations. The signature Ise Udon, with its chewy noodles generously served, can be enjoyed for just "one coin," and all the menu items are wallet-friendly. Including the famous Ise Udon, there are set meals, soba, rice bowls, and all menu items are offered at affordable prices. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy the chilled "Hiyashi Ise Udon," making visits during seasonal transitions enjoyable.

Additionally, not only is Ise Udon featured, but the special curry is also popular, and its simple seasoning gives a nostalgic taste reminiscent of udon.

The udon sauce at Okadaya is said to be made daily, considering its compatibility with the noodles. It has a slightly thick texture, making it easier for the sauce to cling to the noodles, which is another notable characteristic. Okadaya also offers original Ise Udon, so be sure to visit and try it out for yourself.

The noodles are thick, chewy, and firm, with the characteristic sweet soy sauce of Ise Udon clinging to them, making it incredibly delicious♪ I was amazed that I could have this for just one coin.

Also, it has a cozy vibe, allowing those dining alone to feel at ease, making it suitable for both small and large groups. There are table seats available, so you can use them according to the situation.
