If you love ramen but want to change things up, I highly recommend coming here to try different types of ramen!
This restaurant specializes in "dipping noodles."
I originally thought it would be noodles similar to soba, but it's dipping noodles in ramen form!
In simple terms, the broth for the ramen is cooked to be extremely thick, so much so that it’s almost like a sauce, and you can dip as much or as little as you like according to your preference. 👍
🍜 This time I ordered:
Chicken white broth dipping noodles $220
The staff will serve a bowl of clear broth during the meal.
The clear broth is made from bonito flakes; you can drink it directly or add it to the dipping sauce.
"Adding broth to the dipping sauce" means restoring the dipping sauce to the original ramen broth; if it's too thick, you can add more broth, and you can ask for extra bowls of broth if you want more.👌
I personally love eating ramen, so I chose to increase the noodle portion!
I’m glad I chose the larger size; finishing one bowl was very satisfying, and if I had only ordered the regular portion, I might not have been full. 🤔
🅿️ Transportation Info
There are parking lots a bit of a distance away, like those at China Medical University and Zhongzheng Park.
For scooters, you’ll need to look for parking along the way!
The most convenient option is probably taking the bus; it’s about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop!
