Osaka Shiomi Bashi Station - Hidden on the second floor of an unassuming apartment is a high-quality little restaurant with a comforting Japanese wabi-sabi zen atmosphere. The food quality is excellent, highly recommended for friends visiting Osaka!

We arrived around nine in the morning, and at that time, only breakfast was available (9:00-11:00, last order at 10:00).

The three of us ordered the following dishes:

This dish features a sausage sandwich made with crispy European bread, spread with butter for balance, paired with smoked sausage, an egg, and lettuce. It's a relatively simple breakfast.

For drinks, you can choose coffee or tea (iced or hot).

This dish is incredibly delicious! The sandwich is filled with tuna, cheese, and vegetables, creating a rich filling that pairs perfectly with the crispy bread. Although it is a bit salty, it is still outstanding! Served with lettuce and sweet peppers on the side, this is a well-balanced and superb dish!

📍 Sea Bream and Olive Rice / Seasonal Soup / Hojicha ¥990

A small piece of sea bream rests on top of seasoned rice. The rice is extremely flavorful and fragrant! The soup is made of okra vegetables with a hint of pickled cucumbers, making it very heartwarming to sip while enjoying the hot soup 🥰.

The cheesecake is topped with cheese powder, creating a rich cheese aroma. It isn’t overly sweet, which is fantastic! The texture is somewhat similar to that of a cheese spread, making it highly recommended for dessert ❤️.

🔹 The restaurant has a comfortable space with a zen-like wooden decor, seating about 13 people.
🔹 Once seated, the staff promptly offers iced water.
🔹 After dining, you settle your bill at the end.

▶️ Overall Evaluation
🔹 The ambiance of the restaurant is very refined, the food quality is great, and the prices are reasonable. It was recommended by a friend, and we were very satisfied with our visit. Additionally, besides breakfast, there are options for lunch and dinner, and I would like to return to try other dishes!
