Neihu District, Taipei - A chain of barbecue bento shops, a new branch that just opened a while ago. Occasionally I stumble upon something when eating out, and I don’t dare to try it a second time due to the greasiness.
📍Fried Chicken Leg Rice NT$130
🌕🌘🌑🌑🌑
The fried chicken legs look dark in color, but the meat actually has no flavor. At NT$130, the oily chicken drumstick rice clearly failed. The most terrible thing is his side dishes: the cauliflower is cut into very small pieces, fried too soft and wet, and has a strong smell of oil; the fried dried beans are also very oily. The rice is a bit hard and tastes bad.
📍Roast duck rice NT$130
🌕🌑🌑🌑🌑
This roasted duck is not good at all in the roasted pork category. In addition to not having any roasted pork flavor, the meat is also very dry, the skin is not crispy and oily, and the whole thing is very greasy. This is the first time I have eaten such NG roast duck. The side dishes were also very oily overall. The steamed egg was very salty.
🔹The bento comes with scallions and spicy preserved vegetables. The scallions have no onion aroma and are very greasy. The spicy preserved vegetables were very salty and overly spicy.
🔹The soup is acceptable. Duck bones are used in the soup and there are a lot of ingredients.
▶️ Environment
🔹The internal area is relatively clean, but the air conditioner is not very cool (it is an upright type of air conditioner)
🔹A total of 4~5 tables for 2 people
🔹Just opened, you can enjoy free all-you-can-eat soup inside
🔹Self-pickup of tableware
▶️ Overall evaluation
🔹 Compared to ordinary bento restaurants, there are not many choices of dishes. The dish is almost entirely oily, so oily that it makes you feel greasy.
🔹I can accept the oil in the main dish, but all the side dishes are very oily. I personally can't stand it and don't dare to eat it a second time☹️
