The beef noodle shop in Yansan Night Market was originally a stall type, but the business was quite good. Recently, it has been converted into a storefront.
🍜Meals
I have been patronizing it since the stall period. The braised beef noodles only cost NT$100. Although it is slightly higher than the stall period, it is still quite affordable.
This time I ordered Man-Han Beef Noodles, also known as Sanbao Noodles. The beef tastes soft and tender but still retains its texture, the tendon is easy to chew and the tripe is also good. The soup is occasionally a little salty and sometimes oily. There is also butter, garlic and sauerkraut in the sauce section, which can be added to increase the soup. Flavor, noodles are springy.
🍽️Environment
After opening the store, the overall environment is quite clean. There are about 14 seats but the space is not large. The corners will be hotter, the tableware is placed in the ultraviolet sterilization dish dryer, and there is a restroom available.
All in all, it’s a pretty good beef noodle shop, and the braised meat looks quite delicious. I’ll try it again next time I come here!
