When abroad, people often look for Asian cuisine after getting tired of Western food. On this street, there are many different restaurants and snacks available. Since the weather was slightly cool, I walked into this Vietnamese snack shop! After all, being in Europe, the service wasn't as enthusiastic as I had imagined; the staff placed the menu down and then left, leaving us to choose our favorite dishes ourselves. There weren't too many people in the shop, and the food came out quickly!

We ordered~
❤️ Vietnamese fresh spring rolls ~ Vietnamese mixed rice noodles!
These are two simple, authentic Vietnamese snacks, and it's very obvious they were made by Vietnamese people—the taste is exactly like what you would get in Vietnam. The shrimp in the fresh spring rolls was very fresh, and the outer skin had a nice chewy texture, but the dipping sauce was very American. I still prefer the Taiwanese sweet and sour sauce! However, dipping a bit more still made it quite tasty. The rice noodle dish had plenty of ingredients, and the overall portion was quite sufficient; if you are not very hungry, two people can share it comfortably. The beef inside was also tender and didn't have any issues being tough to chew!

Overall, I think it was quite good! If you suddenly have a longing for home while abroad, this is a nice Asian food option!
