This dessert shop, <Kakigori Toshihiko>, near MRT Guting Station, specializes in Japanese shaved ice. It has been recommended by many, so I decided to visit and check it out this time ~
⭐️ Black Forest Chocolate $380
The chocolate ice base is very rich, topped with cherries and a cute whipped cream layer. The middle layer has some cherry compote and a little bit of cherry sauce, while the bottom layer uses chocolate pudding as the base. Overall, it has a great layered texture and is very delicious Japanese shaved ice ~
There's also a small cup of cherry sauce on the side, allowing you to choose whether to add more sauce according to your personal preference. Since the ice in Japanese shaved ice is very finely crushed, it melts quickly. It's recommended to eat it as soon as it’s served 😂
⭐️ Roasted Tea Pudding $100
This pudding is very delicious!!!
The roasted tea aroma is very strong, the pudding is initially fluffy and then chewy, providing a truly unique texture. It’s paired with a slightly bitter-sweet caramel sauce, and the sweetness is just right ~
