In the Tenjin area of Fukuoka, I passed by a small ramen shop. Use the self-checkout ticket vending machine. There are only four flavors of ramen. I didn’t eat much at lunch that day, so I thought it would be nice to have a bowl of hot ramen at tea time. I ordered fish soup flavor and thin noodles. Please don’t cook the noodles too soft. Wow! Unexpectedly delicious, the soup is very rich and fragrant. Looking at the description, it turns out that it has six branches. It’s amazing Japanese ramen. It’s amazing.
