Located in Chaozhou, Inaba Sushi is a Japanese restaurant that offers sushi, sashimi, and grilled dishes. The environment is simple and clean, and the dining atmosphere is relatively relaxed. This time, we ordered a meal that included assorted sashimi sushi, miso soup, hand rolls, salmon nigiri, and chawanmushi. Although the freshness of the ingredients was quite good, the overall taste was considered "average," without any particularly impressive elements. The restaurant also serves grilled dishes, but we didn't order any this time; perhaps we can try them next time.

The assorted sashimi sushi had a sufficient amount of toppings, such as salmon, tuna, and tamago, all neatly cut with decent visual appeal. In terms of flavor, the sashimi was fresh but conservative in taste, matching the standard of an average Japanese restaurant without any standout characteristics. The vinegared rice was somewhat soft and sticky; personally, I prefer a texture that is more distinct and grainy.

The salmon nigiri had a reasonable level of richness, but it didn't melt in the mouth; it was just right. The hand roll was served with seaweed that wasn't very crispy, but the filling was fresh, and overall, the flavor was pleasant. The miso soup and chawanmushi were very basic and homestyle, with the miso soup containing some small pieces of fish, while the chawanmushi was smooth but tasted ordinary.

If you don't have particularly high expectations for Japanese cuisine, you can give this place a try.
