Jin Cha Wu is a hand-crank drink shop that I have been quite fond of recently. It started in Tainan and currently has stores in New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Kaohsiung. The store I visited today was the store in Qishan, Kaohsiung City.
I really like the pure honey Q cake and buckwheat series of Jinchawu. I originally wanted to order buckwheat thick milk + Q cake, but I thought that if there is milk, it may become greasy without ice. It is too hot today and I decided to order something more refreshing. of
Q Kueh Buckwheat Tea $45 (original price $50, use an eco-friendly cup to get a $5 discount)
Buckwheat tea has no caffeine and has become my favorite hand drink in recent years. It does not have a bitter taste and is delicious even if it is sugar-free.
The pure honey Q cake itself has a sweetness, which is perfect when paired with sugar-free tea. The Q cake is made with 100% honey from the Bee Workshop. The honey aroma is very prominent, and it will slowly spread in the mouth while chewing, and the taste is great. It’s soft Q and soft Q. I like it very much~
ps I think the golden buckwheat tea $40 + Q Kueh $15 should be $55, and the eco-friendly cup should be $50 after discount, but I don’t know why it’s only $45😂
Overall, I recommend Jincha Wu’s pure honey Q cake and buckwheat series. You can order Q cake buckwheat tea or buckwheat thick milk. They are both delicious, and I recommend ordering sugar-free.
ps. Another signature of Jincha Wu is "Fruit Q Cake". It is also known as the founding store of Fruit Q Cake. It is said to be a craft inherited from my grandparents, but I haven't tried it yet. I will try it next time I have a chance~
