This is a hot stir-fried restaurant that has been in Xia Xinzhuang for more than 20 years.
Today is a family member’s birthday, so the organizer chose this place to have a dinner party.

I ordered eight dishes, one soup and one fried noodles, which totaled about 2,800 yuan.

Pineapple and shrimp balls, white meat with garlic paste, cut goose meat, smooth egg shrimps, kung pao chicken, clams and sponge gourd, hot stir-fried vegetables and a plate of dishes that I really can't remember. The soup is fresh fish soup.
I also ordered a side of fried noodles made by the store with a soft texture to make it easier for the elderly to eat.

In a word, it's so salty...
Because this is a hot-fried and drinking-style restaurant, the dishes seem to be heavily seasoned in order to stimulate customers' desire to drink.
Discussing them separately, in fact, every dish is not bad, but after eating them one by one, in the end, only the salty taste is left.

I like the sweetness of the pineapple shrimp balls. In fact, it is the only dish that is not salty.
Kung Pao Chicken, spicy seasoning and firm texture of chicken are good, but very salty.
The egg-fried shrimp is silky and smooth, and the shrimp is quite chewy, but very salty.
Clams and loofah, the clam spit is quite clean, the stewed loofah is soft enough, but very salty.
Freshly fried green vegetables, fried spinach, iron-rich vegetables have good flavor, but are very salty.
Garlic white meat is really salty.
How can the cut goose meat be so salty?
I don’t know what kind of assorted dishes it is. It’s so salty...

The fish soup was so salty that I had no interest in touching it.
We also ordered three cans of drinks and drank them all in one go.

I just want to ask the old girl who is looking for a restaurant, are you short of money and want to separate your family as soon as possible? Don't kill the old man with salt like this, okay? It's salty enough.

Discounting the fact that the seasoning is very salty, the taste is still good. You can eat all you want with white rice. There is a parking lot at the back door, so it's not impossible to eat.
But I'm unlikely to visit again on my own.
