This noodle shop is different from ordinary noodle shops. The interior is brightly furnished and feels very comfortable and clean. The homemade noodles are not soft and have a texture similar to pasta. The braised tofu is also very tasty. I especially recommend the braised tofu. It is super soft and tender. Delicious enough😋
The braised pork rice is alternately fat and lean, with enough marinade to evenly coat the rice grains. The slats are not like the ones sold outside. The wavy slats are easier to absorb the sauce and are more elastic.
