❤️The charcoal-grilled chicken steak, first fried and then drizzled with sauce, along with the crowds waiting in line, still holds the familiar flavor that is the most delicious. However, my wallet is expressing anger.

📍Located at the end of Sanhe Night Market (near Section 1, Sanhe Road), the vendor is in the middle of the street, with no seating or restroom provided.
🚗 If driving, it's advised not to park at Ping'an Street parking lot, as there may be frequent vehicle relocations. It's recommended to park at Zhengyi Elementary School parking lot (30 TWD/hour) or Guangxing Elementary School parking lot (30 TWD/hour).
🏍️ Most scooters are parked in the alleys near Sanhe Night Market.

💬 You can see that only the owner is handling the fried chicken steak, and after frying, they drizzle the sauce before grilling it. I remember they used to sell chicken butt and pig blood cake among other fried items, but it seems there are too many people, and they can't keep up, so they only sell chicken steaks now. Since it's freshly fried, there is a bit of a wait, and when you finally hold it, it’s really hot and hard to take a photo... but the chicken steak is still delicious~
