🚩Big Bite Toast: A Simple and Heartfelt Breakfast Spot
On a rainy day, I didn't want to walk too far, so I came to a breakfast place that my colleagues really love - Big Bite Toast. This shop has been around for a long time, but it's my first visit. The store is a large space divided into four smaller shops, and Big Bite is located at the back on the left side. You can only see the entrance by walking down the corridor. The interior has no decoration, the lighting is somewhat insufficient, and the walls are a bit dirty. There are only nine seats inside, and the smell of oil is quite strong, making it not very suitable for dining in. Ordering is done verbally at the counter, with cash payment. There are many customers taking out food, and three people are working in the kitchen; the pace is not fast, so you have to wait a bit.
What I ordered today is:
Grilled Pork Toast: (The shop claims the grilled pork is actually tenderloin; Big Bite offers burger patties.) The meat size is decent, the egg looks clean, and the finely chopped lettuce is easy to eat, paired with a bit of mayonnaise sauce; overall, it's very pleasant.
Plain Egg Pancake: The pancake skin is slightly crispy but not burnt, unlike the soft, floppy egg pancakes you often encounter. It has a firm texture, and when paired with soy sauce, it seems simple but is not; I personally give it a high score.
Although the space conditions are not great, the food is quite thoughtful, so you can come and try it out for takeout.
