I have always been quite fond of okonomiyaki. Today, while wandering around the Linkou outlet, I wasn't sure what to eat. Later, a friend suggested this place, and thankfully, the wait wasn't too long.

🌟 ModernYaki & Okonomiyaki
The staff assist in making it on the small iron plate right in front of us, creating a certain ritualistic feeling. The grill helps keep the food warm. Although it takes a bit of time to prepare, watching it being made in front of me makes the wait feel less tedious. The noodles, sauces, and toppings are perfectly balanced, not overpowering. The oil may seem a bit much, but the temperature is right, making it not too greasy when you eat it.

🌟 Maji Egg Roll (I’m not entirely sure if that’s the correct name)
It’s very delicious 😋 I initially thought it would be sweet, but it turned out to be a delightful blend of sweet and savory. It’s an excellent egg roll. Highly recommended!

Overall, the dishes at this restaurant perform quite well. The wait isn't too long, but one downside is that my clothes picked up a bit of a greasy smell from the grill. That’s a bit of a shame, but everything else was quite tasty. This is definitely a restaurant to consider if you're in the mood for okonomiyaki-style food. 😋😋😋
