This ramen shop is located on Beiping Road in North District
"Ninja Koga Ramen"
In fact, I have passed by many times and always wanted to try it.
I just happened to have some free time today and came over here to try it out!
The decoration of the store is very simple, with wooden decoration as a whole.
It presents a Japanese style, the overall dining environment in the store is very clean, and the air-conditioning is strong enough~ This must be a bonus XD
I randomly found a table and sat down to order. It didn’t take long.
The fragrant ramen is now on the table~

The overall experience of enjoying the food this time was very comfortable!

🔸️ Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen $110 As soon as the meal is served, the aroma of tonkotsu soup hits you directly The milky white soup is topped with hot spring eggs and two slices of barbecued pork. Scallions and seaweed play supporting roles in decoration!

I picked up the chopsticks and stirred it gently, trying to make the soup more evenly adhere to the ramen! The noodles are thin ramen, which is my favorite type. I took a big mouthful of noodles~~ Although the noodles are thin, they are very elastic and smooth and not soft. The whole mouth is stuffed with noodles, and the soup is absorbed well. On the face, a strong aroma of tonkotsu is instantly felt. It spread in my mouth, and after I swallowed the noodles I took another sip of the soup. The soup tasted a little sweet. It is gentle and soothes the throat and is very delicious. You can feel the saltiness of the soup. The boss deliberately lowered the saltiness to cater to Taiwanese people’s health dislike Heavy eating habits! Personally, I think it’s moderately salty! The barbecued pork cooked by the boss is so soft that it melts in your mouth. It’s really not an exaggeration to describe it! Maybe the boss is useful The barbecued pork is roasted with a gun, so it tastes a little bit spicy. It has a burnt aroma and is more layered overall! I couldn't help but eat up the noodles one after another. Not even a drop of soup is left ~ so refreshing! 🤗🤗 This is a ramen shop I will visit again! Recommended to you who also like to eat ramen~
