🍴Couple's Value Set
Ordered the pork series for $1099. It's really touching that we can ask the staff to grill it for us, so we don’t have to scramble to eat the meat while grilling it ourselves, plus we won’t have to worry about overcooking or the right doneness 😂
✨Signature Thick-Cut Pork Belly + Pork Collar
The pork belly and pork collar are grilled perfectly. They taste great on their own with just some oil and salt or barbecue sauce, but they are even better wrapped in lettuce.
✨Spicy Sauce Pork + Soy Sauce Pork (Choose two out of three)
Both the spicy sauce pork and soy sauce pork are sliced meats, and both taste good, but they can't compare to the enjoyment of eating pieces of pork belly and pork collar at first, haha.
✨Seafood Pancake + Cheese Baked Egg (Choose two out of seven signature snacks)
The seafood pancake was served in two large pieces, maybe because it’s a couple's set. It’s delicious, but I would like to try other options if given the chance. The cheese baked egg is very tender and enjoyable, especially when you scoop a big spoonful of the top cheese and the baked egg together. The staff reminded us to eat it while it's hot to avoid having a crust at the bottom of the pan.
✨Signature Rock & Roll Bento (Choose one out of seven side dishes)
When the bento is served, the staff will ask if you want to eat it directly or if you would like them to shake it. After asking them to help shake it, it looks like the photo, with the sauce evenly mixed in the bento. At first, I noticed that the soft-boiled egg in the bento looked very beautiful. After shaking it, the most obvious things were the ham and seaweed, and the rice was a bit wetter with a sweet sauce, which was delicious with the grilled meat.
The set includes side dishes, lettuce, and a seasonal vegetable platter (two pieces of zucchini + onion + potato), plus two bowls of white rice or seaweed rice (the seaweed rice costs an extra $10). You can refill the side dishes and lettuce. The restaurant was very thoughtful and proactively offered to refill the side dishes several times.
