五坪咖啡

I passed by this coffee shop. Although it was small, there were quite a few office workers sitting inside. I was a little curious about their hand-brewed coffee, so I went in for takeout~

I ordered the Colombian passion fruit hand brew. I was looking forward to the flavor on the bean list, but I was very disappointed when I tasted it. I felt that the beans were ground too finely, the water temperature was too high, and the flavor was not revealed at all, only the bitterness was obvious ~

The waiting time was quite long, and there was only one younger female clerk. Personally, I felt that the quality of the hand-brewed coffee was unstable, and I probably wouldn’t come back again! Although the price is relatively cheap for hand brewing!

But if you just want to drink American style, you can still give it a try~
