Igarashi is a beverage brand that has not been available in Yilan and Hualien for some reason. Although it has been established for a long time, they haven't set up any locations (?) This store is located inside the Taipei Metro City Hall Station, next to Exit 4. When I went to buy it, there weren't too many people, so I didn't wait long and successfully made my purchase. The staff's attitude was also okay, and it's perfect for a quick buy when passing by on the way somewhere.

This time, I ordered the roasted oolong latte, which has been recommended by quite a few people recently. I was initially worried that the tea flavor might be too strong, but it actually has a good balance of tea and milk flavors, is smooth, and not bitter. I heard that adding pearls makes it even better, so I’ll have to try that next time.
