The biggest feature of Xuecheng is its snow-white spicy soup. It is completely different from some spicy soups outside which are just water and spicy oil. The soup is thick and drinkable. It tastes very good and is quite enjoyable. You can also order it if you don’t like spicy food. Spicy!

As for the staple food, I recommend the hand-pulled noodles and the wide bean noodles, both of which are very good at sucking up the soup!
For meat, I recommend mushroom meatballs. I don’t have many restaurants for sliced ​​meat because it’s too expensive!
