《Cleanliness and Atmosphere》
After lining up and entering the store, I purchased a ticket from the vending machine. Around 6:00 to 7:00 PM on a holiday, there were about 4 groups waiting. When leaving, there were about 15 groups. Depending on timing, if there are less than 10 groups, the turnover is quick so you’ll likely be seated soon.
《Service》
There are many Japanese staff members providing quick and coordinated service. They check if you need a basket for your belongings. There are no paper aprons provided. Flavoring options like yuzu pepper are available on the table.
《Food etc.:》
Miso ramen is the base flavor, but salt and soy sauce options are also available. Personally, I absolutely recommend the miso ramen. The piping hot layer of oil over miso soup with curly noodles is the best!

◉ Miso Ramen. ¥1100. Appearance/Taste: Menma, scallions, chashu, bean sprouts. The piping hot sumire miso soup has a unique taste that you can only experience here, and it’s delicious!
◉ Rice. ¥200. Appearance/Taste: Turn it into porridge with yuzu pepper and soup! The best! It also comes with pickled daikon, making it even better!
■ Store Location: About a 10-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station.
