Halfway through shopping at IKEA on Saturday, I was surprised to find that dinner time was already halfway through, so I went to Carrefour next door to look for food, and after careful consideration, I chose Joyfull. When we arrived at the restaurant at around 7pm, it was fully booked. With the high table turnover rate, I waited for about 5 minutes before entering.
The store takes online ordering. When ordering, you can enjoy the self-service bar, which includes sugar-free tea, several drinks, water and coffee. In addition, the rice and miso soup are all-you-can-eat, giving it a Japanese family restaurant feel.
After waiting about 10 minutes, the food was served. This time we ordered the pan-fried chicken set meal, barbecued pork rice and colorful grilled vegetables with cheese sauce.
The chicken is placed on a cast iron plate with onions on the bottom. The chicken is tender and has no fishy smell, but the saltiness is acceptable, making it a decent set meal.
The barbecued pork rice has more sauce than the meat and has a strong taste. After eating, the sauce is served with rice and an egg.
The roasted colorful vegetables served at the end were well seasoned and delicious. But when it comes to colorful vegetables, there is too much starch in them (sweet potatoes, lotus roots, pumpkins), and the portions of vegetables seem sparse in comparison.
In fact, we have visited many times, but in fact not every meal is to our taste, and generally the taste is strong. Provided to everyone.
