One of the most beloved hot pot restaurants in Pingtung, highly recommended! The broth at this hot pot restaurant is incredibly flavorful! Rich yet not overwhelming. The most special thing is that every afternoon, you can see the owner diligently simmering the broth outside the store.
The restaurant has two branches; one is managed by the older brother and the other by the younger brother. Although different people are in charge, the taste is just as delicious. No matter which one you go to, the flavor remains consistent—this must be the dedication of a family legacy! The business is really bustling, and every time I go, I need to wait a little, but such deliciousness is completely worth the wait.
Especially their satay sauce, paired with a bowl of steaming hot white rice, is simply unbeatable! Whenever I eat hot pot, I must have a bowl of satay rice; I even feel like that could be a meal on its own. This hot pot restaurant is truly a culinary highlight in Pingtung, and I always leave fully satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
