Recently, I often hang out near the University of Science and Technology of China.
I choose one day every week to dine here
This shop offers fried rice, fried noodles, risotto, etc.
This type of store usually appears near major campuses
Always satisfy the appetite of many students with CP value
This time I came for lunch with my friends
I ordered Thai beef risotto + rice
My friend ordered kimchi beef fried rice
The risotto itself is based on a common Thai hot and sour (sweet) sauce.
Although it is a predictable taste
But at noon in the summer, take a breath of air-conditioning
Greatly stimulates taste and appetite
The thickening tastes smooth and the rice itself is moderately soft and hard.
The cabbage inside tastes nice and sweet too
For me, it’s a decent and delicious risotto.
My friend’s kimchi beef fried rice is also good
The sour aroma of the kimchi when it is first served is appetizing.
Just smelling it makes me think it must be delicious
The rice has distinct grains but is not greasy.
Overall
This is a restaurant that comes to mind when you want to eat fried rice and risotto.
In terms of price, it may not be very affordable
But judging from the portion size, it’s actually quite enough.
And there are free extra meals as an option
Next time I visit, I want to try some hot stir-fry dishes~
