🚩 McDonald's Meal - A Breakfast Shop That Serves Delicious Lunch

The McDonald's Qizhang branch is located in the Xindian city center, with the nearest MRT station being Qizhang Station Exit 1, about a 4-minute walk away. The Qizhang store opened at the end of September 2024 and is a very new franchise. The shop is small with only 16 seats, featuring a simple and bright decor, and the environment is clean and comfortable with no greasy smell. This branch has only 12 indoor seats, making it unsuitable for large groups.

Ordering can be done at the counter (cash and various payment methods accepted), or you can use the mobile app to scan the QR code on the table for ordering (online payment available), but the Qizhang branch does not provide invoices!

Today is a weekend noon visit, and we waited a little while to be seated, but the serving speed was fast. Here are my thoughts on the meals ⬇️
🔸 Fresh Vegetable and Corn Egg Pancake $45
The egg pancake skin is just pan-fried, it's a bit thin and soft. Personally, I prefer the skin to have a firmer and slightly browned texture. The vegetables and corn were in adequate portions, but the price is a bit high.
🔸 Spicy Sichuan Iron Plate Noodles (with Egg) $55
This flavor is quite good, a bit spicy, with an average portion size but reasonable price.
🔸 Pesto Chicken Pasta $120
The portion size is larger than that of the iron plate noodles, with baby corn and broccoli, but the chicken is smoked chicken slices, and the sauce is a bit bland. It's not bad but lacks flavor.
🔸 Protein Egg Roll Meal $135
The pan-seared chicken breast is great, and the egg is cooked very tenderly, but I found the sauce average. More vegetables would make it perfect.
🔸 Jin Xuan Bao Zhong Tea (Cold Brew) $35
Unsweetened, it tastes okay, with a portion size of 12oz.

Today was about experiencing McDonald's lunch. The variety of dishes doesn't compare to a brunch restaurant, but the portion sizes are fairly reasonable for the prices, overall not bad.
