A residential-style café in Pingtung called He Huan Coffee is located on the first floor of the owner's house. It is decorated in a very rustic style, and as soon as you walk in, the aroma of coffee hits you. The interior is filled with coffee equipment, including a large bean roaster. The menu is quite extensive, offering both coffee and tea drinks, as well as pizzas, sandwiches, and hot meals to satisfy your hunger.
There are as many as 20 types of hand-brewed coffee beans available, and the flavor descriptions for each coffee item are very clear. For those who enjoy single-origin coffee, this place is highly recommended.
The floating iced coffee costs NT$120 and combines the bitterness of coffee with the sweetness of ice cream, making it refreshing without being too sweet, and it comes in a large cup.
The Water Brother Latte can be enjoyed in two ways: with milk as the base and coffee on top. Taking a sip of just the coffee reveals a rich aroma, and when mixed together, it transforms into a latte with a light coffee scent, making it perfect for those who are afraid of the bitterness of coffee.
