Located at the intersection of Daxing Street and Jianzhi Street in the East District of Taipei, next to Tutu Gong Temple, this is a traditional Chinese brunch fried noodle stall with no door number. There is no menu at the stall, and the menu on the stall cart does not look like it belongs to this restaurant; it should be a second-hand stall cart to use. The noodles are fried in advance and then topped with minced meat sauce, leeks, and bean sprouts. The soups seem to include compartment broth, vermicelli soup, pork blood soup, etc. Since there is no menu, I can only ask to see if they have them. I only ordered a bowl of fried noodles without leeks. The fried noodles tasted ordinary and slightly chewy. The bean sprouts have been blanched and have no flavor. There is chili sauce on the side that can be added. Overall, it is a very traditional Taiwanese snack and the price is affordable. People who don't want to eat Western breakfast can try it.
