Environment
A restaurant offering Singaporean cuisine, but it feels more like a Chinese restaurant. The dining area mostly features round tables for group dining. There are plenty of seats, but it's recommended to call ahead for reservations. The tables are spaced far apart, making it very comfortable to sit.
Dishes
📍 Fresh Delicacies for Two 💰 1490
Crispy Skin Chicken
The skin is super crispy and delicious 😋, and the meat has juices so it’s not dry at all.
Golden Lotus Leaf Wrap
This dish resembles a meat sandwich. The pork is very tender and tasty.
Golden Crisp Prawn
I found this dish quite average; the shrimp 🦐 is crispy when fried but not overly so. The shell is edible but might be hard for some to eat, and I wasn't a fan of the pairing with the cereal.
Jade Conch Porridge
A relatively refreshing porridge, quite tasty.
Laksa Water Lily
This is my first experience with water lily in a dish like this. The flavor is slightly spicy and the portion is generous.
Singapore Bak Kut Teh
A hearty soup with strong flavors; the meat is average, but the broth is very good.
📍 Steamed Sea Bass 💰 468
You can tell it's fresh fish, and the flavor of the cooking is quite nice.
📍 Seaweed Fried Oysters 💰 328
I thought it was very crispy, but I felt there weren’t many oysters, mostly seaweed, and it becomes cloying when cold.
📍 Handmade Madeleine Bouquet 💰 199
Birthdays in the same month can use the "Crazy Food" meal voucher for a free one! The madeleine is quite tasty.

Parking
Parking is actually quite convenient, with many parking spots and lots nearby 🅿️. The parking lot next to the National Hotel is less likely to be full.
