Onion, Haixiao, and Muji Cake: The treasure of Shishanhai. The digestive biscuits commonly used as the cake base are replaced with soybean dregs. Fresh cream made from Hualien Axiu fresh milk is used, and a layer of onion powder and sea salt is spread on it. As an embellishment, the dried roselle flowers on top are the finishing touch.
