Today’s dinner was at a newly opened fried rice and noodles restaurant near my home. When I ordered, I was shocked when I saw the menu. I didn’t expect there were so many types of fried rice! For dinner, I ordered green pepper fried beef rice, and for dinner, I ordered Shacha beef fried noodles.
Green pepper and beef fried rice, the rice grains are distinct, it tastes like a pot, the saltiness is moderate, and it is not too oily. It is really delicious!
Shacha beef fried noodles, the noodles don’t taste very soft, but the aroma is there, so fortunately the aroma is enough!
Summary: I will repurchase the Green Pepper Beef Fried Rice next time I have the chance, and the Shacha Beef Fried Noodles. The only pity is that the noodles are watery after frying. Will still repurchase.
