Dinner1 ppl$160

A cheap ramen shop on Yongxing Street, but I love it.
Would you still want to walk into a ramen shop on a street full of small vendors that resembles a small night market? This one, I will.

This affordable ramen restaurant can satisfy you for only $200. Want more toppings or side dishes? You might be able to get it for two people within $500.
And it’s not as good as other restaurants that open dinner hours. This ramen shop is open until 23:00, not to mention 23:00. I happened to be busy and had dinner late today. When I walked on the street at 20:00, I was closing the stalls, closing up, and washing dishes. The sound of the pot, in this shop, will say to you when you walk into the shop: "Is this for internal use? Please sit down!"

Although the store still has seats on the second floor, the overall space is not large. The staff has a clear division of labor and works quickly. The hot ramen will not keep you waiting for too long and will be served quickly.

This time I ordered a bowl of salted tonkotsu ramen for $105 and sesame tofu for $55.
You can get a satisfying and delicious meal for $160. Where can you get a bowl of ramen for $105 now🥲?
And the soup is rich, flavorful and filling?
(The rest will be said below)

This shop is full and you have to queue up during dining hours. Look at how many gourmets there are. However, its price is really affordable and affordable compared to the increasingly expensive vendors outside. It is highly recommended to have a bowl of stomach-warming and delicious food. Satisfying ramen!

Salted Tonkotsu Ramen (right) Sesame tofu (left) Self-service water The ramen this time was tasted completely according to the store's normal standards (no adjustments were made to the saltiness, softness or hardness of the noodle, ingredients, etc.). If you prefer softer/harder noodles or saltier/lighter soup, you can tell the counter at the time of payment. explain.
After all, it is a basic ramen with ingredients including shredded black fungus, soft-boiled egg, dried bamboo shoots, chopped green onions, and a slice of barbecued pork. If you like barbecued pork, you can add more ramen, or just order a ramen with a lot of meat (Grilled Tonkotsu Ramen), or a ramen with a lot of eggs (Cholesterol Cholesterol Ramen). There don’t seem to be many options, but I personally think I want it. Everything is available, quite complete.
The salted tonkotsu soup is actually rich and flavorful. Of course, if you want a richer version, you can order thicker ramen. But I think this salty soup is great!
sesame tofu People say that the photos are for reference only, and they are afraid that they will give less. But this sesame tofu has a lot more sesame sauce than the photo 😂
The tofu is hard, a bit like egg tofu The whole thing is cool and tender, and the tofu won't fall apart all over the place. Eat it with the salty and sweet taste of sesame sauce, it is smooth, fragrant and delicious
In the seating area on the first floor, go to the end and turn left to go to the second floor. The seats are really not big, and the partitions have been left in place since the epidemic, but it seems that the partitions can be moved now. The store does not have a storage basket, so it may be a little awkward if you are carrying a large bag while dining during a busy period.
Tea area, self-service Before enjoying delicious ramen, you need to clear the taste from your mouth!
All water glasses, cutlery, and toilet paper are placed on the upper level, so they don’t take up space on the table, which I also think is great.
The side table area against the wall has the store’s signature door curtain, and a special corner leading to the second floor and the toilet. (It can be seen that the chair is really not big)
Almost every table will have dining instructions posted on it. It’s nothing more than to avoid: someone wants to order ramen but doesn’t tell them, thinks that adding soup and noodles is free, outside customers are still waiting, people finish eating inside but don’t leave...etc.
