Bếp Cuốn Đà Nẵng

Since I had already eaten a lot of amazing food during my previous trip to Vietnam, I thought this time would probably be similar. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a restaurant my friend found, which left me in awe once again. First, upon entering the restaurant, I could feel the bustling atmosphere inside, but the Vietnamese people were still very warm and welcoming. Even though the staff's English wasn't particularly fluent, they made every effort to communicate, so there were no issues during the ordering process!

For our meal, we chose the large yellow pancake that appears on every table ❤️🫓 and also my friend's favorite ❤️ pork belly, as well as the ❤️ squid that I was eager to try. Among these, my favorite was definitely the pancake. When it was presented to us, we thought we wouldn't be able to finish it, but surprisingly, it was so delicious that even though we felt stuffed, we still managed to polish it off! The pancake was made very crispy, with some perilla leaves in the middle, and a touch of mint leaves. It was all wrapped in rice paper, paired with their unique sauce—it's hard to describe just how good this tasted. I truly hope you all get to try it in person!

The pork belly was very tender and not greasy at all, with a delightful chewiness that I think they executed very successfully! As for the squid, the ingredients were very fresh and it didn't have excessive seasoning, allowing us to really enjoy the texture and sweetness of the squid itself. However, I felt it was slightly overcooked, making it a bit tough to chew. But for those who really love squid 🐙, it shouldn't be an issue!

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for everyone to try their signature dishes. I genuinely feel that this is very authentic cuisine, and I look forward to everyone sharing their experience!
