"The Six Doors Hot Pot" is a very good hot pot restaurant. I’m happy that the "Tucheng Central Store" is within walking distance. Although the store isn't big, they have all the food you want. Hot pot is quite suitable for dinner; it has vegetables and protein, allowing you to eat less starch, which helps prevent a spike in blood sugar. We went there for dinner twice.
Looking at the menu, there are many choices for soup bases (18 flavors). We tried these three flavors:
(1) Tai Fish Pot: A lot of tai fish, which is very worthwhile.
(2) Seafood Pot: Contains various seafood, including tai fish.
(3) Cheese Milk Pot: This flavor is very suitable for children, and adding udon noodles makes it even better.
While waiting for the hot pot to be served, I felt a bit hungry. You can help yourself to side dishes.
(4) White rice, pork belly, and mapo tofu: This combination is like braised pork rice, and even better than braised pork rice.
We cooked and helped ourselves; the soup was ample and the rice was filling.
After finishing the hot pot, there are still things to eat.
(5) Ice cream.
(6) Popcorn.
(7) Charcoal-grilled coffee ice cream: Delicious without being overly sweet; I was very satisfied.
I noticed what the table next to us chose.
(8) A pot and a grill: Hot pot + barbecue.
Maybe we will try this next time.
There are many soup bases to choose from, which is worth looking forward to.
It’s extremely suitable for a family dinner together.
