A famous meat rice dumpling shop in Yancheng, Kaohsiung, formerly known as "Guojia Meat Rice Dumplings".
The original owner retired, and the people inside took over the business. It was renamed "Rou Zongtai", but the style, decoration, and food remained the same.
The pork trotter soup, $60, is a must-try. The rich soup is not to be missed.
The meat rice dumplings are $50, the peanut rice dumplings are $45, and the bowl rice dumplings are $35. The meat rice dumplings only have meat and a small piece of salted egg yolk, and the peanut rice dumplings only have peanuts. Don’t expect too much, but our family thinks they taste pretty good, and we will buy them if we think about it.
