Siam Station Thai Street Food

This restaurant was randomly discovered by a friend online. Looking at the photos, it seems quite clean, and the menu features dishes we wanted to try 🍜, so we decided to give it a shot!

When we arrived at the restaurant 🍴, it indeed looked just like the photos, everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly! We stuck to our original plan and ordered two dishes…

❤️Pad kee mow
Usually, when people go to Thai restaurants, many of them choose pad Thai. I was originally planning to do the same, but I felt like trying something different, so I chose this dish, which is similar to stir-fried wide rice noodles, and boldly tried the shrimp 🦐 flavor. To my surprise, the shrimp were very large and fresh, with a sweet taste and firm texture! The overall seasoning was quite good, not too sweet, and perhaps to cater to the local taste, they added a bit of sweetness that actually enhanced the overall aroma! The only minor drawback was that I felt the noodles were cooked a bit too long, so they were slightly too soft!

❤️Curry Noodles
They have a variety of curry noodles with different main ingredients, allowing you to choose your preferred meat. I highly recommend this dish because the curry 🍛 flavor is very rich, but it’s the aromatic kind of richness, not the overly salty kind! It makes you want to sip more of the soup! If you like Thai curry, I think you should give it a try!

Overall, there aren’t any major flaws. There might be some minor imperfections in the dishes, but if you’re unsure where to find Thai food, I might still think of this restaurant. It’s worth a try when you don’t know what to eat!
