• Cooked medium-rare, which is their normal doneness. At first, we didn't know and thought the chef accidentally undercooked it, but after telling the staff, we found out this is actually how they serve it. The staff was very nice and offered to cook it a bit more. The outer layer is crispy and aromatic, with a lamb flavor that isn't gamey; it's quite robust but not overly salty. If you enjoy lamb, you should give it a try!

Garlic Oil Marinated Shrimp Balls MOP98

• Cooked with olive oil and garlic, the flavor is quite strong, and the shrimp tastes fresh! There's no fishy smell, and the overall seasoning is just right. However, if you don't like seafood, you don't need to order this.

Grilled Beef MOP268

• The portion is quite generous. The marbling is grilled to perfection, making it tender. The meat near the bone has a bit of chewiness to it, just right for three people to share!

White Blanched Cauliflower MOP88

• It resembles Taiwanese stir-fried greens, cooked just right. It might have been blanched before being stir-fried, and the flavor is very satisfying! It's delicious and pairs well with the meat, cutting through any grease!

Non-Alcoholic Mojito

• A refreshing drink that my friend ordered, but it's just average with no standout features.

Juice

• Initially, I thought it would be freshly squeezed juice. It turned out to be in a glass jar; it’s quite sweet and fairly thick when poured. It pairs well with ice! However, I personally didn't enjoy it.
