Hello everyone, I am little frog🐸
Near Dadaocheng, there is a beef noodle shop run by a Japanese. The shop currently only sells "braised beef noodles" as a single item.

This business is very good, with limited supply every day, and no phone or online reservations are provided.
It opens at 12:00, but at 11:00 it will place the dining registration form for the day at the door for people to fill out!

Each meal comes with a box of side dishes, which smokes when you open it, which is cool~
There are two types of noodles to choose from: shaved noodles and thin noodles. You can add noodles for free once you finish eating!

Ice water is provided in the store. The chefs and service staff are all Japanese and can speak simple Chinese, so there is no problem in communication👌

⭐️Braised beef noodles $290
Went with friends and chose one bowl of shaved noodles and one bowl of thin noodles.
Try the two types of noodles. After comparison, the shaved noodles are more chewy and chewy in texture, while the thin noodles are noodles that have absorbed the soup and have a softer texture.
The braised soup is mellow, the beef aroma is rich, and the aftertaste brings out a slightly spicy taste. The taste is very rich. With two large pieces of beef, it is really tender and tender, and it is not woody at all!!! It is worthy of being the main "chopstick pick" "It's melt-in-your-mouth soft beef that can be cut off immediately." Wasabi is also provided in the side dish box. The boss said that you can try dipping beef with wasabi. Halfway through the meal, he also tried eating part of the beef with mustard. The result was really good. Eat it~~

📍台北市大同區(大稻埕商圈/永樂市場附近)日本人開的牛肉麵店🐮🇯🇵 這家牛肉麵店非常有特色~超級好吃!把牛肉麵「拉麵化了🍜」簡直把牛肉麵玩出了新的高度,完全可以難得的給出五顆星🌟 早上 11 點先去登記劃位,日本師傅會一一拿著劃位單,詢問希望用餐的時間(這次11點出頭抵達,就剩下3點到5點的這三個比較怪的時段😆) 🥘 紅燒牛肉麵 ($290): 只有販售一個主餐品項 入座時日本店員會拿著圖片詢問要刀削麵還是細麵,這次兩種各點了一碗,最後師傅有詢問要不要加麵,可以選擇不同的麵條嘗試 🥣 湯頭- 最喜歡的部分! 非常有層次,不是台式紅燒以鹹味為主的湯頭,第一次喝到這類牛肉麵的湯頭,超級驚艷! 入口甚至可以感覺到前、中、後味有不同的味型,從一開始有些清透雞湯感、到漸漸深厚有些紅燒味開始蔓延、最後是以辛辣以及胡椒/花椒感作結 🍜 麵- 更喜歡刀削! 刀削可以感受到麵體橫切有不同厚度的口感 細麵則是稍軟一點,可以吃出麵的筋性 🥩 牛肉- 主打筷子夾起可切斷的入口即化牛肉 牛肉給的份量超級多!兩大塊很有誠意 真的煮到入口即化吃不到一點韌性 對我來說稍嫌軟爛了 另外是會附上一盒小菜 師傅浮誇的上菜前會加上一點氣體,打開的煙霧彌漫很適合錄影片(很聰明的一家店,創造了一個讓人主動分享的契機😃) ✏️ 小註記: 🔸 只收現金💰 🔸 用餐位子很少 🔎 最後是一個小小紀錄,這次拜訪的時候,客人們都很安靜吃麵,日本師傅跟店員大聲的用日文聊了很久的天,雖蠻有在日本吃麵的感覺,但稍微有點干擾了整體的體驗(不過真的太喜歡湯了,還是可以給五顆星🤤)
