This is a well-known old shop; I don't know if it's been renovated, but the storefront is clean and bright, and the food is served quickly. It's a bit crowded, but the overall environment is quite nice. People start lining up before the shop opens and continue until the last order is taken; basically, there is never a time without a queue, indicating very good business.
The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are decent, so many nearby students and office workers come to eat, and of course, there are also many tourists. This is probably udon noodles with flavors from Kagawa Prefecture, Shikoku. The noodles are very chewy and have a nice bounce, and the broth is light and just right. The fried vegetables are fresh and crispy, and the fried chicken is tender and juicy. Overall, it's very delicious, which explains why the business is so good. There is a very small restroom in the corner, and they only accept cash.
