While waiting at a red light, I suddenly spotted this restaurant on Songzhu Road.

I entered the store and looked at the menu. The items were very simple.
They only sell fried buns, fried dumplings and soy milk!
So I ordered fried cabbage and leeks.
Try one of each of the two!
The appearance looks good, the dough is slightly crispy, but a little bit lumpy!
Take a bite of the cabbage-flavored pan-fried buns.
The filling is very filling and the cabbage has a crunchy texture in your mouth.

The leek filling also goes well with vermicelli! The texture is slightly less crispy than that of cabbage! But the aroma of fresh leeks also enriches the taste buds! !
But the fried leek buns may be due to the characteristics of the leek itself.
