Tsuruhashi Fugetsu from Japan came directly to Taiwan to open a store.
The taste is similar to what I had in Japan, very salty but delicious.
I recommend the Wagyu dice beef. You fry it yourself. It’s delicious and not expensive.
Although the seafood fried noodles are delicious, I still prefer the pork fried noodles I had last time. After all, it is a classic Japanese flavor.
The environment is clean and tidy, and the service staff is polite.
I read a lot of Google reviews that were in poor taste and scolded the food for being burnt or for having too much cabbage, which I found quite embarrassing.
The clerk helps make Okonomiyaki, and you have to fry the beef yourself.
